The Listowel Wingham Hospitals Alliance was formed on July 1, 2003 as a partnership between Listowel Memorial Hospital and Wingham and District Hospital. We share a common management structure with one CEO, and are committed to partnership and shared Mission, Vision and Values. The Alliance Board combines both hospital boards. We create and share services across our two communities and partner with local organizations.

Listowel Memorial Hospital has been providing acute and complex continuing care to North Perth and its catchment area since 1919. The accredited hospital offers primary and secondary services, including 24‑hour emergency, inpatient and outpatient care, specialist clinics, and diagnostic services. It employs ten Family Practitioners and several consultants.
