Temporary Full-time Elementary Physical Education Teacher

East Central Alberta Catholic Separate School Division invites applications for the position of 1.0 FTE Physical Education Teacher at Blessed Sacrament School in Wainwright, Alberta. This is a full‑time temporary contract position replacing maternity leave. Duties are to commence August 26, 2026, and the contract will terminate on April 30, 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Education
• Ability to teach Physical Education at the primary grade levels
• Focus on high quality, student‑centered learning
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues and exercise servant leadership
• Willingness to be involved in extracurricular activities (coaching or clubs)
• Ability to serve and live as an example of Jesus Christ to all
