Temporary AV Support Assistant. Salary £13.14 per hour. Fixed-term, full-time position. 36.25 hours per week.
Role and responsibilities
The AV Support Assistant is part of the Conference and Events Support Team and is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day setup, operation, and support of the organisation’s audio-visual and conference facilities for internal and external events. The post-holder will help deliver high-quality technical and customer support for meetings, conferences, presentations, and hybrid events. This is a front-line, customer-facing role that requires a professional and approachable manner when working with staff, visitors, clients, and external contractors. The role will involve some manual handling, including the movement and setup of equipment and furniture.
