Drive efficient temperature-controlled freight logistics as a Capacity Specialist. Focus on carrier sourcing, relationship building, and operational problem resolution in a dynamic office environment.
In this role, you will manage carrier capacity for produce shipments across the U.S. You’ll leverage your negotiation skills to secure favorable transportation rates and build lasting relationships with carriers. Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure successful operations and tackle service issues effectively.
