Telesales Executive

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to handle customer interactions, receive café orders, coordinate with the operations team, and collect customer feedback to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Receive incoming calls and take customer orders accurately. Assist customers with menu details, pricing, offers, and delivery information. Coordinate with the kitchen and delivery team for order fulfillment. Confirm order details and delivery addresses. Follow up with customers to collect feedback on food quality and service. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally. Maintain records of customer orders and interactions. Promote café offers and loyalty programs when applicable.
