First impressions are everything! As a Telephone Operator you will take care of the guests by answering to all the calls in our Royal Service Center.

What you will be doing

• Greet respond to requests and coordinate with other departments while providing exceptional service
• Royal Service Center is a One Stop Shop and you will be assisting the guests for all room service orders as well as responding to all their queries and requests
• Take initiative to add a personalized experience
• Proudly promote the hotel facilities looking for opportunities to enhance a guests stay

Qualifications

• Should have min. 1 years of experience in similar role for a 5 Star Resort in UAE
• Being Multilingual i.e. Arabic / German/ Russianlanguages would be a Plus
• Prior experience working with Opera/Micros is Mandatory
