Our client, in the autonomous vehicle industry, is seeking a TeleOperations Shift Supervisor to join their team. As a TeleOperations Shift Supervisor, you will be part of the Fleet Operations supporting TeleOps Service missions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Scottsdale, AZ
**Pay Range:** $36.00/hour
**Shift:** Various shifts available; (4) 10-hour days; All schedules include at least 1 weekend day

+ Supervise a team of TeleOps operators to ensure operational excellence and safety standards are maintained.
+ Coordinate daily service operations supporting autonomous vehicle missions and troubleshoot technical issues.
+ Provide performance feedback and coaching to team members to foster continuous improvement.
