Telehealth Facilitator

Description

Behavioral Health Solutions is seeking a hard-working, self-driven individual to join our behavioral team as a Telehealth Facilitator. Candidates must be comfortable working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment and display technical skills with tablet and telehealth equipment.

Applicants must be able and willing to travel to facilities in the Kalispell area on scheduled days. Travel to Eureka and Libby may be required, compensation for fuel will be provided.

Job Type: Full time or Part Time work available. The exact number of hours is dependent upon the range willing to travel.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the liaison between the healthcare provider and the patient during Telehealth visits.
• Ensure telehealth equipment is working properly, troubleshoot technical issues, and connect patients with technical support, as needed.
