TELECOMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST

Summary You will serve as a TELCOMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST in the PLANS, PROGRAMS AND REQUIREMENTS DEPARTMENT of NAVAL COMPUTER AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS AREA MASTER STATION (NCTAMS). Responsibilities You will serve as the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and be the technical liaison between the Government and contractor for specific contracts, set of line items or orders. You will monitor the contractor’s performance and provide technical advice to the contracting officer. You will provide technical advice regarding Performance of Work Statements (PWSs) of the contract which includes: verify that invoices properly reflect the services performed or the products delivered, resolve security issues, and attend meetings.
