Telecom Sales Operations Leader — Drive Growth

RUI is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a Telecommunications Sales team in Mexico City. You will drive performance, coach leaders, and relentlessly pursue revenue and client satisfaction in a fast-paced BPO environment.

You will collaborate with Workforce Management, Training, QA, HR, and IT to optimize staffing, develop leaders, and ensure exceptional customer experiences for U.S.-based clients. A strong track record in BPO sales leadership and English proficiency are essential.
