You will join Yixing telecom Quality team and base in Yixing, you responsibilities are:
Handle the customer claim, take lead on the internal investigation with related dept for containment actions, root cause analysis, corrective actions & preventive actions;Communicate & Regional KPI of customer quality related to internal team, closely monitoring the Claim numbers, Claim%, TTCQFor customer claim issues and audit findings, considering whether could be developed to lesson learn to share with regional plants or One Point Lesson for internal training to operators for alert ;Work with Sales to do customer satisfaction survey, understanding the gap to customer expectation and seeking for improvement.Plan and Conduct the quick process audit to ensure the production’s conformance to the requirements(Work Order/CA/ITP/WI/etc.), report to related manager for any deviation to correct at onceMake analysis of INC, work with internal team to d...
