Telecalling Team Leader

Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the telecalling team. Assign daily calling targets and monitor performance. Train, guide, and motivate telecallers to improve productivity. Ensure timely follow-up with customer leads. Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in the CRM. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover. Prepare daily and monthly performance reports.
