Telco Service Enablement Lead

Globe Telecom, Inc. seeks a Service Operationalization Lead to manage delivery and rollout of core telco services and related support processes for the B2B group across Globe networks.

You will collaborate with NTG, ISG, ISDP, Legal, Billing and vendor partners to operationalize new or enhanced services. You will bridge technical domains, craft end-to-end process maps, enable support teams with guidelines, support service design, provisioning, fulfilled, and aftersales activities.
