JOB DESCRIPTION
A structural steel detailing firm in the area is looking for someone with your experience. They are continuing to grow and are looking to add to their team. They have a strong and highly skilled group focused on teamwork and collaboration. The ideal candidate is capable of creating detailed fabrication drawings for structural steel components from architectural and structural design plans. Experience using 2D and 3D designing software is highly preferred. Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of detailing design standards and guidelines for AISC steel construction.
Individual must have structural steel detailing experience checking drawings (E-sheets & shop details) that are extracted from a 3D model using Tekla. Individuals must be able to understand client standards, specifications and interpre...
