Job Overview

The purpose of the Teen Lounge program is to provide participatory recreational services for Boys & Girls Club members. This is accomplished through the implementation of a weekly program plan that includes tournaments and contests, skills classes, and participatory games and group activities. The Teen Lounge is a supervised area where members avail themselves to a variety of social and recreational activities. Mentoring, both individually and in groups, occurs daily in the Teen Lounge. Part‑time hours are either 3:00pm–7:00pm or 3:30pm–8:00pm, depending on which club you are assigned to during the school year. Summer hours are from 12:00pm–5:00pm at all clubs during the summer break.

Starting pay range is $14.00 per hour based on experience.
