Job Characteristics
Responsible for providing technical support to current customers. Proficient in equipment installations & performing system analysis. Demonstrates the ability to work in a safety focused environment. Is able to provide recommendations for additional programs or process improvements. Has a solid understanding of business, equipment, products/services & account needs. Direct customer interaction in mid to large customer accounts.
Education/Work Experience
Secondary Diploma or equivalent required and 3-5 years experience in industrial/mechanical environment. Water treatment experience preferred - OR - Technical Degree with 2-3 years experience.
Independence level/Reports to
Moderate level of independence and able to manage day-to-day needs of an account.
