About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Recruiter to own the full hiring lifecycle across multiple departments in a fast-growing, fully remote company.
This role is heavily focused on sourcing, interviewing, and closing strong talent globally. You'll work closely with hiring managers to move quickly, improve hiring quality, and ensure we bring in high-performing candidates who elevate the team.
What You'll Do
Full-Cycle Recruiting
Manage the entire hiring process from intake to signed offer.
Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, expectations, and candidate profiles.
Actively source candidates across LATAM, US, Europe, and Asia using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and outbound outreach.
Conduct structured screening interviews focused on communication, motivation, and performance indicators.
Coordinate multi-stage interview processes (HR → Manager → Final/Tandem).
