What You Will Do
Lead Tech Ops Process Engineering agenda across multiple manufacturing sites and product platforms, driving innovation, industrialization, process excellence, and technology deployment. This role is responsible for shaping manufacturing capabilities, supporting business growth through innovation, and partnering with regional and global stakeholders to develop scalable, sustainable, and competitive manufacturing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Process Engineering teams across multiple manufacturing sites for Engineering Products (Sanpro, Tampon, Cotton Swabs, Band-Aid, and Dental Floss) operations, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
