The Technician will report to the Helpdesk Supervisor, ensuring employees have reliable access to technology tools and applications. This role focuses on delivering high-quality service aligned with ECCU values while managing hardware and access issues through effective support channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as first contact for employee tech support requests
• Perform Tier 1 troubleshooting for various technology issues
• Provide onsite and remote support across ECCU locations
