**Job Summary:**
Provides first line support for all applications and systems within the organization and primary support of Electronic Health Record (EHR) or MS Office, human capital management (HCM), Network, Hardware, and remote access. Provides second line of support for Senior Analysts. Remotely assists users of the organization's systems on all enterprise applications and hardware.

+ Assists with root cause analysis and makes recommendations to eliminate routine issues.
