Lead and coordinate technology obsolescence initiatives within UOB, driving cross‑functional task forces to identify and remediate end‑of‑life and obsolete technologies.

Job Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Technology Obsolescence Task Force, setting scope, success criteria, timelines, and governance.
• Provide rapid issue resolution, escalation, and decision‑making for obsolescence matters.
• Conduct accelerated assessments to identify end‑of‑life, end‑of‑support and obsolete technologies, classifying risks by severity, business impact, and urgency.
• Evaluate operational, security, compliance, and financial risks of identified obsolescence.
• Develop prioritized remediation action plans (upgrade, replace, migrate, isolate, or decommission).
