Job Description
The Technology Manager brings a strong blend of technical depth and business acumen to help Asurion LATAM achieve its strategic objectives. This role partners closely with internal and external technology teams, as well as business stakeholders, to understand business goals and translate them into scalable, high-impact solutions. The Technology Manager 3 owns and actively participates in all phases of project delivery, driving initiatives with significant cross-functional and regional impact.
Reporting directly to the Director of Technology Solutions for LATAM, this role is responsible for defining delivery plans, identifying and mitigating risks, and overseeing production support once solutions are live. The ideal candidate is a business-oriented, technically savvy self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can operate with minimal supervision, and effectively balances multiple priorities while delivering measurable results.
