Position/Title
Techno Functional Consultant – ETRM
This role is part of the Professional Services team and requires strong implementation experience with sufficient technical expertise, operating at the intersection of technical implementation and customer engagement.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide Ready‑to‑Serve and development support. Design, develop (code), test, and debug applications.
- Troubleshoot and present custom solutions to all potential customer problems.
- Analyze applications for compliance with security protocols.
- Research defects and solve for root cause in applications; research upgrades, patches, and new functionality.
- Enhance current systems and achieve better integration across a business.
- Respond to queries from the client’s side, ensuring timely resolution and delivering the solution on time.
