As Technician Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading our team of HGV technicians, ensuring all work is carried out efficiently, safely, and to Volvo's high standards. You'll act as a hands‑on leader, supporting technicians on the shop floor while coordinating workloads, maintaining quality control, and liaising with the Service Manager to meet operational targets. Responsibilities
- Supervise and work closely with a team of technicians to maintain high morale and ensure work is completed on time and with excellence in quality.
- Manage customer expectations by working through each stage of the Genuine Volvo Service process.
- Maximise shift performance through effective problem solving, coaching, and development.
- Communicate effectively with the Day Shift Supervisor, CSRs, and Parts department to ensure technicians have valid job specifications and time budget prior to commencing work.
