Job Description
Responsibilities
- Hardware Maintenance: Repairing, upgrading, and maintaining computer hardware, including components like motherboards, hard drives, and peripherals.
- Software Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving software issues, including operating systems, applications, and drivers.
- Network Support: Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer networks, including local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs).
- Technical Support: Providing technical assistance to users, either on-site or remotely, addressing issues with hardware, software, and networks.
Qualifications
- At least high school graduate.
- 1-2 years of experience
