Job Brief
Provide on-site technical support by installing, servicing, and repairing Konica Minolta equipment, while troubleshooting issues and completing accurate service documentation.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform service, maintenance, and repair of Konica Minolta products efficiently and professionally
- Install and configure printers, drivers, and related software/applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on machines and solutions provided
- Accurately complete and submit service reports and documentation on time
- Manage spare parts usage and returns in accordance with company procedures
- Provide timely updates when attending service calls at customer sites
- Attend technical training and stay updated on service manuals and bulletins
- Maintain strict confidentiality of company information
- Support other branches/areas and perform additional duties as assigned
