Key Responsibilities
- To respond and attend the complaint.
- To perform general maintenance and servicing for all facilities in the hostel.
- To understand the complaint according to the work order issued.
- To be responsible for any work order issued on a daily basis.
- To assist, the Executive controls the numbers of complaints.
- Ability to be independent on site.
- Able to prioritize and organize work assignments.
- Able to work under pressure situations and exercise good judgements.
- Able to focus attention on details, speed and accuracy in order of delivering task.
- Able to have good communication and impression between store managers & hostel’s occupants.
- To test, troubleshoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment in the hostel.
