I'm looking for experienced technicians for our new Wide Band Gap IC FA Lab which located at Gunung Rapat,Ipoh, Perak. I'm prefer those who have IC Packaging FA background experience. Skills required is IC Packaging sample preparation, CSAM/Chemical Decap/FESEM/ 3D X-RAY or any skills related to IC packaging FA job.
