Responsibilities

• Independently manage MAM system configuration for Lab Operation
  • Configure and maintain MAM process flows and disposition/business rules for the Taiwan operations for all product families and product types.
  • Understand engineering and operations needs and business processes and translate those processes into MAM flows using the MAM Document Editor tool.
  • Coordinate efforts with counterparts in other locations to ensure global alignment of flows and business logic. Respond to support calls related to MAM tracking issues.
  • Serve as a global attribute requestor, and implementer for Global Quality Serve in business process ownership capacity when called upon.
