Technician (FRC)

Our client offers a comprehensive facilities maintenance and technical infrastructure management, with consistent record of reliable performance.

• Attend to assigned Work Orders within the stipulated time as per SOP.
• Monitor and rectify any abnormalities on critical systems as per SOP.
• Carry out any other ad‑hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned.
• Daily update of the status of outstanding Work Orders.
• Daily check of system checklists.
• Comply with uniform dress code while working and maintain a neat and clean appearance while on the property at all times.

• BCA SEC(k)/ Coretrade in Electrical or mechanical trade preferred, or NITEC in M&E disciplines with at least 2 years of relevant facilities maintenance experience.
• Minimum 4 years in electrical maintenance in building facilities.
