Job Description
Equipment Maintenance Technician
As Equipment Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining specific tools on a media manufacturing production line. The successful candidate will work independently, take initiative, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and demonstrate flexibility, creativity, and strong communication skills. Availability for 12‑hour AWS shifts, including overtime as required, is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily sustaining activities for sputter equipment to ensure high equipment uptime and optimal performance.
- Support Engineers to monitor and drive continuous improvement on key KPIs such as OEE, MTBF, MTTR, unscheduled downtime and PM effectiveness.
- Support Tool Owner and Equipment Engineer for machine conversion/upgrade and improvement projects.
