Technician 3, Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance

As Equipment Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining specific tools on a media manufacturing production line. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance per PM schedule. Conduct routine maintenance checks and services on all production equipment.
• Document routine preventive maintenance on PM checklists, record data if applicable and maintain completed checklist/history in tool maintenance system.
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance on production machine to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
• Document routine preventive maintenance and unscheduled failures details on system database
• Provide inputs to Shift Coordinator or Equipment Engineer to improve PM cycle-time, tool availability, quality/workmanship, reduce media scrap and cost of owners...
