A Technical Writer who works with product development teams and will be responsible to prepare documentation for tasks to define roles and responsibilities, development processes and know-how to facilitate an efficient flow of work.
Responsibilities:
Learning different aspects of the product development.
Using learned aspects, creates process documents for performed tasks. Such as process description, work steps and inputs/outputs for given activities.
Listening to identify tasks, who is responsible and generalizing these to an overall task list to clarify roles and responsibilities amongst groups & departments.
Prepare training materials related to process documents to facilitate new employee learning
Review created process documents/material with product teams, revise as needed then receive approval.
Post and Maintain repository of process documentation
