Technical Vendor Manager, International Technical Vendor Management - Design & Construction

The role will be based in Mexico with 50% of time traveling either domestically or to other countries.
The Technical Vendor Manager is responsible for Performance Management, Capability Development and Risk Management of strategic Design & Construction service providers such as Consultants, General Contractors and subcontractors.
The individual will build and maintain relationships with vendors and deploy strategies to efficiently deliver high-quality projects safely, on time and within the defined budget, looking for the establishment of partnerships and long-term relations.
Successful candidates will have strong level of ownership, bias for action and be highly motivated individuals who have Project/Contracts Management experience within the construction industry.
