• Coordinate practical training sessions for employees
• Teach safe forklift and crane operation effectively
• Evaluate employees using CMP criteria for development
• Occasionally assist on the production line
• Perform additional tasks as assigned
Requirements:
• Certified forklift and overhead crane trainer
• Experience operating relevant equipment and tools
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
