About the Role
We're looking for a Technical Trainer - Design & Delivery to join our team at Lockheed Martin Strategic Systems based in RNAD Coulport, Helensburgh. In this role you’ll be more than just a trainer — you’ll be shaping the skills and knowledge of the Royal Navy and our own people. This is a chance to design and deliver training that really makes an impact, while enjoying excellent work-life balance through our flexible working patterns.
Work Pattern: (9/75) 9-day fortnight or (4xFlex) 4-day week (days can vary depending on training delivery schedule). Hybrid working with typically 1-2 days a week working remotely
