Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Training Lead to design, deliver, and scale the training program for the Digital Supply Chain (DSC) Program. This role is critical to ensuring successful user knowledge, ability, and adoption across multiple Canadian and US regions .
The Training Lead will work in close partnership with our Functional Leads and OCM Lead to translate program strategy and deliverables into practical, engaging, and field-ready learning experiences , ensuring consistency, clarity, support, and measurable adoption outcomes.
