Job Description
Technical Support Specialist to support operational, business, and system-related initiatives within the Puerto Rico Medicaid Program (PRMP) and other healthcare-related projects.
This role serves as a key liaison between business users, operational teams, technical resources, project stakeholders, and external vendors to drive successful system implementation, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and operational requirements through stakeholder engagement.
