• Helping users identify and solve technical problems related to creating and publishing on the XP platform
• Providing feedback to the Success and Product Development teams to help create the most intuitive and easy to use platform possible

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain our comprehensive knowledge base with up-to-date solutions, troubleshooting steps, and technical documentation for users
• Work with others in the Success Team to create clear, step‑by‑step guides and tutorial videos to help users resolve common technical issues independently
