We are now looking for a Technical Support Specialist to our Technical Support and Service Team. Our team is in the key role at Bluefors, since we give our customers the best possible support when working with our systems. Your tasks will be to communicate closely with our customers, providing timely and accurate technical assistance related to Bluefors cryostat system and its operation. In addition, you will cooperate with the different in-house departments, for example production, QEHSC, R&D and planning. You will have an interesting, versatile role at our customer interface in which you will succeed with a positive, service-minded attitude, systematic way of working and excellent people skills.
We expect you to have a degree in applied physics or engineering, or other technical background, and 3-5 years of relevant work experience. Experience...
