Job Description
Become an integral part of InterRent as a Technical Support Specialist, focusing on providing excellent IT support to users in Southwestern Ontario. You'll assist with desktop, mobile, and network troubleshooting while ensuring seamless user experiences.
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will support end-users with problem reporting and resolution in both local and remote settings. Your responsibilities include setting up new workstations, diagnosing client applications, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Experience with low-voltage equipment and outstanding customer service skills are vital to success in this role.
