Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Respond to, analyze, and resolve production incidents related to SYNAP.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes to ensure system stability.
  • Operate as an extension of the existing Cranium support team.
  • Participate in the support model and adhere to established processes.
  • Collaborate with the product team and clients to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Work a 12‑hour shift schedule (8:00 AM to 8:00 PM) (3.5 days a week) to ensure continuous coverage.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in technical support or related roles.
  • Proven expertise in C++, Linux, and the payments domain.
  • Experience with Splunk is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
