Job Purpose:
The role involves providing technical leadership and expertise for service phase of Offshore Wind Turbine projects. This includes acting as first contact for Service operations leadership and Production Engineers but also Supervisors in SOV and techncians in turbine to secure efficient interventions as well as acting as main focal point for continuous improvement on technical preparation of service activities.
Significant Activities:
+ Provide first-level remote, as periodically onsite, technical troubleshooting for turbine issues to services teams teams within scope and escalate or redirect to the appropriate technical specialists when required ensuring commissioning timelines related to turbine controller.
+ Create and manage technical cases, work orders, and Non-Conformities (NCs) for instructions updates, tools updates, troubleshooting guides updates or customer technical qu...
