Technical Support Engineer

DarkVision, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Support Engineer to join our team.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and stability of our software, hardware, and cloud services used by our internal team. Your primary responsibility will be to support, troubleshoot, and resolve issues that arise during day-to-day operations.

This role is on-site at our North Vancouver, BC HQ, where employees enjoy a wide array of amenities including a fully equipped gym, squash court, steam room, climbing wall, and more.
