As a Technical Support Engineer – L1, you will provide first‑line support to our clients via chat, phone, and ticketing systems. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, log analysis, and network diagnostics to ensure business continuity and customer satisfaction. You will maintain a customer‑first attitude and meet internal KPI targets to drive service excellence.
