An international developer and manufacturer of fuel monitoring systems and high accuracy fuel level sensors invite you to join our team as a Technical Support Engineer Jr. in Mexico.

Required Skills

• University degree in Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering
• 1.5 year experience in a technical support/help desk environment
• Very good command of English
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to learn quickly and teach others
• Motivated by solving problems and helping others
• Competent in Windows systems, MS Office tools and other systems will be an advantage
• Experience in M2M telematics would be a competitive advantage

Responsibilities

• Manage customer expectations of response time and issue resolution
• Troubleshoot and reproduce problems and define workarounds
• Work with the engineering team on more complex issues
