• Offer technical assistance to customers and users
• Resolve production incidents through comprehensive management
• Own and implement release activities and audits
• Monitor and automate alerts for application stability
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the team
Requirements:
• 2+ years in production support roles in finance
• Expertise in UNIX, SQL, and Bash/Python scripting
• Essential knowledge of FIX protocol and APIs
