Job Description

A growing FinTech/RegTech company in Luxembourg is hiring a Technical Support Engineer to join its Operations team on an 18-month fixed-term contract, with strong potential for conversion to permanent. This is a customer-facing technical role — you'll be the escalation point for regulated digital finance platforms (KYC/AML, professional payments, bank compliance, regulatory APIs), investigating incidents, troubleshooting across the full stack, and ensuring clients get fast, effective resolutions. You'll also support broader platform operations to help keep production environments stable.

You'll report into the Head of Customer Success & Delivery and work closely with engineering, product, and compliance teams.
