Drive customer satisfaction as a Technical Support Engineer with Paymentus. Provide advanced troubleshooting and solutions for the Paymentus application while interfacing with clients via email and phone.
In this role, you will be responsible for resolving issues with the Paymentus platform, engaging with both internal teams and external clients. Your technical expertise will be vital in conducting root cause analyses and delivering effective code fixes, helping clients navigate challenges efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer and internal inquiries regarding the Paymentus platform
• Investigate issues by reviewing logs and data
• Provide workarounds or solutions promptly
• Design and enhance technical tools for usage
• Respond to urgent off-hours issues as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2+ years of web application troubleshooting experience
