Job Description
The Technical Solutions team enables Datadog’s worldwide growth by providing technical support, demos, and presentations to customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with customers via ticketing system, live chat, and screen‑sharing tools to identify and resolve technical support requests while educating them on the platform.
- Reproduce technical issues and explore Datadog’s 1,000+ integrations.
- Become demo‑certified and lead a three‑pillar demo to customers.
- Participate in product conversations with internal teams based on client feedback.
- Train to become a highly knowledgeable specialist in one or more Datadog product areas.
- Work from a Datadog office 3–5 days per week.
Who You Are:
- 2+ years of multi‑channel technical support experience at a SaaS company.
- Experience with Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, or similar software.
